Many women struggle silently with mood changes, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts during pregnancy and after birth. You might find yourself feeling overwhelmed, irritable, tearful, or disconnected from your baby or your partner. You might even have upsetting or unwanted thoughts that feel out of character and leave you feeling ashamed or afraid to tell anyone. You're not alone in feeling this way. I’m a Cornell trained psychiatrist and psychotherapist specializing in reproductive mental health. Together, we’ll take a thoughtful, evidence based approach to understand what’s happening and find a path forward.
