Therapy is like opening a window in a dark room—inviting in the gentle light of compassion, acceptance and possibility, illuminating the strength you've always carried within. My approach isn't about becoming someone new; it’s about compassionately shedding layers of self-doubt and external expectations to reveal the profound truth -- you have always been enough.

With over a decade of professional expertise and firsthand experience as a therapy client, I deeply understand what builds trust, fosters genuine connection and supports meaningful transformation.
