Erica Silberstein

Dr. Erica Silberstein is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist.
After completing her doctorate at Yeshiva University, she continued to specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders in private practice, as well as serving as an adjunct assistant professor at Yeshiva University. Dr. Silberstein has specialized training in many evidence-based therapies, including traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). From her years in university mental health, she particularly enjoys working with college and graduate students or other young adults navigating the transition into career. Beatrice Y. Kraemer

Dr. Kraemer is the founder of Parenting At Its Best, a parenting education, support and guidance practice that helps parents and children create strong, successful and healthy relationships, and also teaches parents and caretakers in all existing family structures the skills they need to support their children in reaching their full potential. She offers individual therapy to children and adolescents, offers pre-marriage counseling and couples therapy.
