Marilyn Sulzbacker

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, BCD, DCSW

Many people come to me because they feel "stuck" despite having been in therapy that is primarily talking with the therapist . Change is hard but not impossible. I have helped people in my 35+years of clinical practice to alter their lives and feel "lighter " and transformed. I have been trained in the newer cutting edge therapies i.e. EMDR, IFS, sensorimotor psychotherapy, coherence therapy and AEDP that guide people to permanently replace the old seemingly intransigent painful unconscious emotional learnings which underlie ones feelings, beliefs and actions with new adaptive information. The establishment of a trusting relationship that provides safety in in sharing whatever one is experiencing is my top priority. There is "no shaming or blaming" I encourage compassion, curiosity, and humor. To reclaim your authenticity, aliveness and vitality, contact me.

Janine Leigh Ilsley

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, RYT-500

I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for greater purpose and deeper presence in their lives, while also looking for practical ways to create long-lasting substantive change. Many come to me for an approach that is grounded in somatically-informed, trauma-focused techniques that foster the development of self-awareness and self-compassion.

I have worked with those in the helping field, empathic beings, artists, spiritual aspirants, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also passionate about using the rhythms of the natural world alongside plant medicine to learn how to live more harmoniously with ourselves and others.
