I work with individuals, groups, and systems, using my skills and knowledge to understand the impacts of trauma. My practice is centered on the belief that we are all wired toward healing; that each person's process following trauma is unique; that coping mechanisms are strengths; and that recovery involves identity restoration. Through supportive and psychodynamic therapy, I work closely with people to create an open and supportive space for healing.

I work with people aged 12 + in all areas of their lives that traumatic experiences can impact. I have an extensive background in working with Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence, and Intimate Partner Violence.
