Marissa Manzanares

I am a Creative Arts Therapist working with children of all ages, families, and women. I specialize in working with neurodiversity, developmental differences, and all things sensory system. I use a unique perspective and lens of curiosity about how our sensory system drives our emotions and behaviors to have the most functional, holistic, and acceptance based outcomes. In my spare time you will find me advocating for public school students, decolonizing everything, and cuddling with my family.

Sheba Antony

Sheba Antony is specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Sheba has a South Asian background and has an interest in working with BIPOC clients. She works from a Health-At-Every-Size perspective and a trauma-informed approach. She has experience working in higher levels of care and working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Brittany (Becker) Kravat

With 10 years in the Mental Health field and countless individuals and families served, I am excited to start my next chapter in private practice! I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with expertise in helping young adults and families navigate the impact of mental health on them and their loved ones. I have held roles from Clinical Intern to Clinical Director and bring a deep understanding of how mental health conditions manifest differently for each person and how important holistic and individualized care is in providing effective treatment and creating sustainable growth. My sessions typically involve aspects of DBT, CBT, and executive functioning skills. I enjoy working with those clients that have many different mental health and life challenges going on at once and helping them to become more self-aware and empowered to make edits to life where necessary!

Having worked in medical and oncology social work for many years, I have helped individuals, couples and families make sense of and cope with the messiness of life. particularly helping those dealing with chronic illnesses, such as cancer. Having been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, I will work with a client to develop positive coping mechanisms for anxiety and depression whether they are related to chronic illness or not.

Pam Skop

Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, RYT, Postpartum Doula

Pam Skop is a licensed mental health counselor whose focus is on women’s mental health issues, with a particular interest in the postpartum period and parenting. Pam has received additional training in behavioral therapies and is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and postpartum doula. Her practice focuses on the importance of the mind-body connection.

Claire Haiman

As a clinical psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, my area of specialty is somatic psychotherapy. In my previous role as Director of Counseling Services at Columbia University’s Irving Medical Center, I created the Postdoctoral Psychology Training Program in University Counseling: Trauma and Somatic Studies that focuses on issues of embodiment and intersectionality in psychotherapy with an eye toward the impact of trauma, whether that be acute trauma, developmental trauma, and/or structural trauma, such as racism, transphobia, and the like. I offer an embodied psychotherapy approach which anchors therapeutic work in awareness of sensation and uses the body as a touchstone in guiding the process.

Fritzi Winter

Fritzi Winter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the R Privilege, and has a Master Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (Master CASAC) certification, maintains a private practice of psychotherapy on 95th Street and Park Avenue in New York, NY and a private office in Nyack, New York. As a psychotherapist her clinical focus is on substance use disorders/addictions, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing a relational, psychodynamic approach informed by CBT, DBT, Hypnotherapy and Supportive therapy with individuals, couples and families. Fritzi Winter earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Fordham University and DBT training through Marsha Linehan’s Behavioral Tech. Her career began as a volunteer at a local grassroots counseling service agency in Rockland County, and continued training at a Battered Women’s Shelter, became a rape crisis counselor and in tandem became Doula and learned hypnotherapy to support battered women through the birthing process. Fritzi Winter continued with her career into another local agency, The Psychoanalytic Institute of Rockland for her credential in Substance Use Disorders. Fritzi Winter's experience includes having worked 10 years at New York Presbyterian Hospital, 4 years on the Substance Use Disorder unit and 6 years on the Borderline Personality Disorder Unit. Fritzi Winter has a passion for volunteering and went on a Medical Mission in a remote village in Haiti, volunteered with the American Red Cross as Disaster Relief during Hurricane Katrina and Rita and currently Give an Hour weekly for a Veteran. Fritzi Winter is a member of Women’s Mental Health Consortium in New York City, NASW, NAADAC (Association for Addiction Professionals) CSW (Clinical Social Work Association) and IRETA (Institute for Research Education and Training in Addiction). Recently Fritzi Winter completed two years of training at the William Alanson White Institute for Eating Disorders and Compulsions.

Vikas Gupta

Dr. Vikas Gupta is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health, holistic wellness, and integrative care. With dual training in adult and child/adolescent psychiatry, he brings a nuanced understanding of mental health across the lifespan. He holds four board certifications, including in obesity medicine and community/public psychiatry. Dr. Gupta is the Founder and CEO of Wellness Psychiatry, a private practice dedicated to empowering women through compassionate, evidence-based care. His expertise includes treating depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum disorders, and stress-related conditions unique to women’s lives. He has held leadership roles in national psychiatric organizations and contributed to major educational and clinical initiatives. A former Harvard Medical School faculty member, he integrates academic rigor with a warm, patient-centered approach. He is passionate about providing culturally attuned care for diverse women, including professionals, creatives, mothers, and caregivers. In addition to clinical work, he advocates for holistic and lifestyle-based interventions to support women’s emotional resilience.
