Tera Jansen

I am a licensed psychologist and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor. I have a private practice in NYC, where I work with individuals and couples across a wide variety of mental and sexual health concerns. I have masters and doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology and have completed advanced training in sexual health and gender, including a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Program in Human Sexuality (now the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health) at the University of Minnesota.

Christopher Sturiano

I employ an eclectic treatment approach tailored to a client's goals and individual needs. My style is collaborative and non-judgmental. From short-term crisis intervention to longer term self exploration and growth, I utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR to support the process of change and the enhancement of one's life satisfaction.
I have supervised multidisciplinary clinicians specialzing in the treatment of Substance Use and Mood Disorders, including Trauma informed therapies utilizing EMDR.
My practice hours are Monday - Friday with session times ranging from 9am-6pm depending on the weekday.

Sarah McCaslin, MS, LCSW, MDiv is a licensed psychotherapist and the Executive Director of the Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute in New York City. Sarah works with couples and families in their search for healing and wholeness. She graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work and Union Theological Seminary, and received her post-graduate clinical training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family.

The Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute is an interdisciplinary, interfaith and non-sectarian collective of mental health professionals who offer spiritually-informed psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, as well as training for clinicians and consulting for spiritual communities, nonprofits and businesses.

I am a licensed Creative Arts Therapist based in Brooklyn, NY. I work with adult clients struggling with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, and depressive symptoms. I primarily focus on how their symptoms affect their self-esteem, their locus of control, and their personal and professional relationships. My overall approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I also use CBT techniques and the attachment theory modality as a framework with my clients.

Jaci Lopez Witmer

Claire Haiman

As a clinical psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, my area of specialty is somatic psychotherapy. In my previous role as Director of Counseling Services at Columbia University’s Irving Medical Center, I created the Postdoctoral Psychology Training Program in University Counseling: Trauma and Somatic Studies that focuses on issues of embodiment and intersectionality in psychotherapy with an eye toward the impact of trauma, whether that be acute trauma, developmental trauma, and/or structural trauma, such as racism, transphobia, and the like. I offer an embodied psychotherapy approach which anchors therapeutic work in awareness of sensation and uses the body as a touchstone in guiding the process.
