I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY currently providing video psychotherapy sessions. I see adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, academic stressors, and identity development. I approach psychotherapy holistically, integrating models such as Internal Family Systems Theory, The Ackerman Relational Approach and Trauma Theory.
