I take a warm and collaborative approach to therapy with a strong belief that the therapeutic alliance between the therapist and client is paramount to the client's work. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and lived experiences. I am skilled working with individuals struggling with intense emotions/behaviors, I am effective with clients who have not succeeded in previous therapy. With specialized training through PSI I am uniquely equipped for issues surrounding anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family conflicts as well as individual struggles.

Dr. Ellen Jacobs is a Manhattan-based psychotherapist, author and educator with more than two decades of experience. Dr. Jacobs specializes in working with adults, adolescents and children who are experiencing a range of emotional and social difficulties. Her primary goal is to help individuals and families improve the quality of their lives, increasing self- awareness and self-confidence, and helping her patients to develop and thrive.

Fritzi Winter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the R Privilege, and has a Master Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (Master CASAC) certification, maintains a private practice of psychotherapy on 95th Street and Park Avenue in New York, NY and a private office in Nyack, New York. As a psychotherapist her clinical focus is on substance use disorders/addictions, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing a relational, psychodynamic approach informed by CBT, DBT, Hypnotherapy and Supportive therapy with individuals, couples and families. Fritzi Winter earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Fordham University and DBT training through Marsha Linehan’s Behavioral Tech. Her career began as a volunteer at a local grassroots counseling service agency in Rockland County, and continued training at a Battered Women’s Shelter, became a rape crisis counselor and in tandem became Doula and learned hypnotherapy to support battered women through the birthing process. Fritzi Winter continued with her career into another local agency, The Psychoanalytic Institute of Rockland for her credential in Substance Use Disorders. Fritzi Winter's experience includes having worked 10 years at New York Presbyterian Hospital, 4 years on the Substance Use Disorder unit and 6 years on the Borderline Personality Disorder Unit. Fritzi Winter has a passion for volunteering and went on a Medical Mission in a remote village in Haiti, volunteered with the American Red Cross as Disaster Relief during Hurricane Katrina and Rita and currently Give an Hour weekly for a Veteran. Fritzi Winter is a member of Women’s Mental Health Consortium in New York City, NASW, NAADAC (Association for Addiction Professionals) CSW (Clinical Social Work Association) and IRETA (Institute for Research Education and Training in Addiction). Recently Fritzi Winter completed two years of training at the William Alanson White Institute for Eating Disorders and Compulsions.

Sloan Post, LMSW, works in private practice seeing clients virtually and in Westchester, NY where she offers psychotherapy and specializes in working with children/teens, young adults, perinatal women, and maternal mental health.

I am a CBT/DBT trained and practicing psychologist who is compassionate and direct. I have extensive experience and expertise working with clients struggling with peer relationships and/or dating issues, typical challenges of life, those experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, crisis, among other issues.

I support individuals (ages 15+) navigating challenges like substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational dynamics, helping them build insight, resilience, and fulfilling connections. My expertise includes working with individuals who may be evaluating their relationship with substances, considering treatment, or are already in recovery. However, I work with many people who don’t have issues with substances at all.

Kara is a licensed clinical social worker trained through New York University specializing in cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, and supportive therapies. She is a SPACE-trained provider with expertise in helping parents of anxious children, as well as certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She is compassionate and a highly skilled provider who specializes in supporting women through every stage of life.

As a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga instructor, I specialize in integrative health and the mind/body connection.

Hello! I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW-R). I also hold a license as a substance abuse counselor (CASAC). I have years of experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I also work with those struggling with addiction, their significant others as well as Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA). I enjoy helping people be kinder to themselves, and to make better choices that move them toward achieving their goals in life.

Therapy is a challenging experience. Having thirty + years of experience as a licensed psychologist working with adults and adolescents, I know that finding a "good fit" can be difficult, yet is critical to the therapeutic process. Dr. Kerry Haddock is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Northport, NY. She specializes in working with teens, young adults and adults. Areas of focus in practice include anxiety disorders, ADHD and chronic illness (cancer, autoimmune diagnoses, GI conditions, hormonal disorders, etc).

Dr. Hutner is a specialist in reproductive psychiatry, an emerging medical specialty focused on women's mental health. She is on the leadership team of the National Task Force for Women's Reproductive Mental Health. Her private practice is located in Union Square and midtown.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Group Psychotherapist in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Before establishing my own private practice, I worked as an assistant professor and supervising clinical psychologist at Columbia University Medical Center and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center – Zucker Hillside Hospital. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Long Island University – Post and completed my internship at Kings County Hospital Center.
