Rebecca is a psychotherapist who specializes in couples therapy, trauma, and anxiety. Rebecca is trained in the Developmental Couples Model and uses principles from EFT and the Gottman method. Her therapeutic approach is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed.
Rebecca is an integrative therapist who treats a range of issues including anxiety, depression, attachment/developmental trauma, grief, and relationship problems. She utilizes somatic approaches including meditation and internal family systems. Rebecca welcomes clients of all gender identities and expressions, as well as queer and straight couples in all relationship structures. In addition, she has a passion for working with college students and creative populations.
