My speciality is helping adults who were parentified children break cycles and release emotional burdens that accompany complex relationship dynamics. These adults are burning out and hitting a wall in their lives due to complex professional and multi generational personal responsibilities. They often experience anxiety, depression, generational trauma and Complex-PTSD. We explore what provokes thoughts and behavioral patterns that lead to internal and interpersonal distress. I support clients in their search to deactivate triggers and create healthier, happier lives.
I offer pre-dawn and late-night virtual sessions for those with busy schedules and see clients during the day and evening. I understand that some clients relate best in person at a place where they have roots and a deep physical connection, which is why I offer at home in-person sessions to those in lower Westchester, Long Island and parts of Brooklyn and Queens.
