Natalie Schreter

As a licensed clinical social worker and private psychotherapist, I am interested in supporting individuals, couples, and families coping with such issues as anxiety, depression, infertility, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with those facing chronic illness, end-of-life- challenges, and bereavement and have completed advanced clinical training in family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I take a client-centered, relational approach and strive to create a safe, warm, and supportive space for joint exploration, in which clients can feel comfortable exploring and addressing their thoughts and challenges.

I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has a background in individual psychotherapy for adults who are struggling with perfectionism, chronic stress and burnout, and career transitions.

My main focus is in training and development. I have a passion for providing professional development opportunities for mental health providers. I am a provisionally licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and supportive therapy to help clients build coping skills and increase self-awareness. My practice emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for growth.

Leslie Epstein

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, MBA

I am a clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience, trained in psycho-analytic psychotherapy. In addition to earning an MBA, I have developed expertise in working with professionals on career and workplace issues. Many of my referrals come from universities such as NYU.I see clients in person in Manhattan and virtually in New York, Connecticut and Florida. My areas of focus include relationship and interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance use, medical concerns,  LGBTQ+ topics, and stressors related to acculturation and identity.
