Sheba Antony is specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Sheba has a South Asian background and has an interest in working with BIPOC clients. She works from a Health-At-Every-Size perspective and a trauma-informed approach. She has experience working in higher levels of care and working with children, adolescents, and adults.

I am a double board certified psychiatrist who specializes in the medication management of mental health conditions in adults, adolescents and children, namely mood related disorders, anxiety disorders and symptoms stemming from trauma, family conflicts and relationship stressors, and ADHD.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute. In addition to working with couples and families, I also work with adolescents and adult individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and postpartum depression. I work in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Dr. Owens is a clinical psychologist and board certified cognitive behavioral specialist who has been in practice for almost 20 years.  She has held academic appointments at Columbia University Medical Center, The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and St. John's University and has been involved in the training of psychologists and other mental health professionals throughout her career.   Her areas of clinical expertise are anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and women's mental health.
