After completing her doctorate at Yeshiva University, she continued to specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders in private practice, as well as serving as an adjunct assistant professor at Yeshiva University. Dr. Silberstein has specialized training in many evidence-based therapies, including traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).
