Alexandria Ceravolo

I’m Alex, a relational and holistic therapist who specializes in working with professionals and creatives recover from burnout, disconnection, and cycles of self-neglect. I do my best work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to perform, who struggle with anxiety, intimacy, or identity, and who are ready to explore their inner worlds with honesty and compassion.

My approach is grounded in deep attunement, curiosity, and care. I draw from parts work, family systems, EMDR, and polyvagal theory to help clients reconnect with themselves, process trauma, and build a more sustainable relationship with their emotions, bodies, and boundaries. I also bring a strong foundation in working with addiction, compulsive behaviors (including porn and sex addiction), developmental trauma, and medical/sexual trauma; especially with those who have felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional spaces.

Additionally, I specialize in working with women’s issues (body image, self esteem, relationships, identity, perinatal/postpartum struggles), emerging adulthood, and those struggling with immigration and acculturation challenges.
