Suzanne B. Rein

Psychologist, Psy.D.

I am a NYS licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist. In my private practice, I work with children of all ages, adolescents, and adults. I have specific interests in anxiety/OCD, behavioral management, learning and school-related problems, bereavement, perinatal populations, parent-infant (dyadic) therapy and young adulthood. I work primarily through a psychodynamic and attachment lens, but utilize various cognitive-behavioral interventions depending on the presenting problem.

Teresa Thompson

Teresa is a BIPOC LGBTQ therapist working with adult clients in New York and New Jersey. Her specialty is helping clients become more fully themselves - by breaking through old narratives of who they are, forming healthier connections with themselves and the important people in their lives, and figuring out how to move into the future aligned with their most authentic desires. Teresa has special experience working with adult children navigating challenging dynamics with parents, people struggling with intense moods and/or altered states, and people impacted by religious issues and/or questions about spirituality.

Katie Morel

Psychologist, PhD

Dr. Katie Morel is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in NYC. She specializes in maternal mental health, particularly perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, reproductive issues, and perinatal loss. She also specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, trauma, attachment/relationship challenges, and depression. Dr. Morel uses an integrative approach, conceptualizing psychodynamically and integrating techniques from DBT and CBT. She graduated from Stanford University and received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, Brooklyn.

Erica Harris

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice, and work with individuals, couples, families, and groups through a primarily psychodynamic framework. Through insight-oriented work with a focus on interpersonal relationship dynamics, attachment, and family systems, I help adults uncover repressed trauma from childhood and adolescence in order to help them gain a more nuanced understanding about their unhealthy relationship dynamics, from past and present, in order to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

I am a New York and New Jersey Licensed Psychologist with twenty years of experience providing psychological services for children, adolescents and adults. I provide both short and long term therapy for adults in my private practice, which is completely virtual. One of my areas of specialty is maternal mental health. I provide short and long term therapy for new moms as well as offer preventative consultation services to expectant parents in order to set them up for success as they grow their family. My unique training in a combined Clinical and School Psychology doctoral program qualifies me to work with individuals across the lifespan.

Erin Curran

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York State and Connecticut. I earned my Masters degree at The Silver School of Social Work at New York University.

Prior to joining Perennial Wellness, I was a clinical social worker at the Rebecca School, an independent therapeutic day school in New York City. In this role, I utilized evidence-based treatments in my work with children and adolescents who had difficulties communicating and relating. In addition, I provided clinical intervention and coaching for mothers confronting the multifaceted demands of raising a child with special needs.

In my clinical practice, I am passionate about working with parents around a broad continua of parenting-related concerns. I have specialized training in supporting parents who have a child with a developmental disability or who is on the autism spectrum.

I also have a special interest in women’s mental health. I have a particular interest in working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are navigating shifts in identity, life transitions, and career and relationship concerns. I also specialize in treating the anxiety and mood disorders that emerge for women in these contexts.

I am also passionate about working with women in the peripartum period. I have advanced training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through the Seleni Institute in New York City. I also serve in the capacity of Mental Health Specialist for Expectful in their Mother’s Circle program. In this role, I co-facilitate support groups for new mothers wherein I cover topics pertinent to postpartum adjustment and mental health.

Molly Norman

Staff psychologist at Cognitive Therapy for Women Psychological Services. I have a particular interest in perinatal and maternal mental health, supporting women with issues related to fertility, prenatal and postpartum anxiety and/or depression, and adjustment to motherhood.

Christina Hollingsworth

Christina holds two Master’s Degrees from Columbia University in Psychiatry (MSN) and Advanced Clinical Practice (MSW) with a sub-specialty in addiction. She is a board certified, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who treats adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Yana Elbert is a licensed psychotherapist who is psychodynamically-oriented and is integrative in her approach. She provides in-person and virtual therapy at this time.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) practicing in New York under the supervision of Lindsay McGarril and I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have 6 years of experience working in various mental health settings and 1 year of counseling experience with a focus on guiding individuals through their mental health journeys and integrating mind-body principles into sessions. I specialize in working with teenagers and their families, young adults, and adults facing various challenges such as trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and PTSD.
