Kiley Callahan

I’m New York-based psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

I work individually with adults and adolescents and specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and insomnia/sleep difficulties. I also work with clients on relationship challenges, life transitions, lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and academic or work stressors. I have a special interest in supporting healthcare workers, parents of adolescents and young adults, and individuals whose loved ones are experiencing mental health difficulties.

I have formal training in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition to private practice, I currently serve as a psychologist for the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth at Mount Sinai where I provide mental health services to healthcare workers and their families.

I earned my bachelor’s degree at Boston College and my doctorate at Loyola University Chicago. I completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at a therapeutic day school in Chicago, IL and my post-doctoral fellowship at MindWell NYC, a group private practice in New York, NY specializing in DBT treatment.

Dr. Samantha Rogowicz (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical psychologist, and the founder and director of Purple Key CBT, located in Flatiron, NYC. She has extensive training and experience using evidence-based treatments for anxiety and mood disorders in children, adolescents, and adults, including CBT, ERP, and ACT. Dr. Rogowicz received her doctorate in clinical psychology from St. John’s University, and graduated with honors from New York University. Dr. Rogowicz also serves as Co-Chair of the Early Career Members group for the WMHC supporting fellow licensed mental health professionals in the early stages of their professional careers.

Stephanie is an ANCC Board-Certified PMHNP known for bringing calm, clarity, and connection to complex clinical situations. With over twelve years in psychiatric nursing, she provides psychotherapy and medication management for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, burnout, and life transitions. Stephanie currently works in the Women’s Mental Health Program at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health. Her experience spans Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Mood Disorders, Acute Psychosis, Eating Disorders, Geriatric Psychiatry, Correctional Mental Health, Mobile Crisis, and culturally informed care with the Orthodox Jewish community. She also teaches undergraduate nursing students at Molloy University and precepts PMHNP students, integrating evidence-based care with emotional intelligence and authentic human connection.
