My name is Sarah Williams, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Connecticut and New York. I received my Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 2009. I have experience working with substance use disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and life transitions including pregnancy and postpartum. I am a psychotherapist who is trained in evidence-based best practice treatments including CBT and DBT. I was initially drawn to social work because I love helping and nurturing others.

Tracy K. Ross

Tracy Ross is a couples and family therapist with over 25 years experience.
Tracy's specialties include discernment counseling, pre-marital therapy, parenting issues, collaborative divorce, and sex therapy, including running Optimal Sexual Experience groups for couples. She has advanced training in EFT, Gottman method, and Relational Sex Therapy. Tracy works with couples to help them "redesign their relationships" going from volatility to versatility, distance to connection, and avoidance to intimacy. She is a certified Discernment Counselor, in this capacity she helps couples on the brink gain clarity about the future of their relationship. Tracy is also a faculty member of the Ackerman Institute's Resilient Families: Special Needs Kids project.
