Jill Kaiser

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

I am a psychotherapist in practice for 20+ years who sees therapy as a place to find support, insight and guidance to make meaningful life changes. My style is warm, engaging, interactive and collaborative --I strive to offer a non-judgmental place to explore feelings and thoughts as well as to identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors. I believe that everyone takes this process at their own pace and moving forward can often happen in small steps. I combine a traditional psychodynamic approach with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques tailored to the needs of each client.

I enjoy working with women’s issues, particularly those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, workplace stress, balancing work/family, relationship and parenting issues.

Together we can set attainable goals, explore new ways to cope, and work towards feeling more resilient.
