Wendy Wasserman Perello

Wendy Perello, LCSW has a specialized focus on helping individuals navigate through life transitions, trauma, career-focused stress, and self-esteem challenges. As a relationship expert, Wendy works closely with those who struggle with anxious attachment and other relationship difficulties. Her holistic approach allows her to curate a combination of modalities that include mindfulness, narrative therapy and CBT.

With a concentrated focus on women's issues, Wendy incorporates the transitions women go through in relationships, careerhood, parenthood, generational caretaking, and sexual health especially perimenopause and menopause in her practice.

Shanah Segal

Psychologist, PsyD

I am a NY and CT-licensed integrative clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy to adults. My specialization includes working with individuals with depression, anxiety, psychosis and emotional dysregulation. Equally, I have expertise working with individuals experiencing executive functioning deficits, interpersonal difficulties and life transitions. I also conduct forensic and psychological assessments.

Winnie Leung

Psychologist, Ph.D.

Dr. Winnie Leung is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, and related concerns such as insomnia, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She earned her PhD at the University of Maryland at College Park, completed her internship training at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, and followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at the Bronx VA Medical Center. Dr. Leung has extensive training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and trauma therapies including Prolong Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and STAIR NST. She has held faculty positions at the New York State Psychiatric Institute / Columbia University Medical Center, as well as New York University / Bellevue Hospital, where she trained and supervised predoctoral psychology interns and psychiatry residents. Dr. Leung is based in NYC where she has a private practice that offers virtual and in-person appointments.

Dr. Leung is passionate in helping people overcome fears, worries, trauma and OCD. Her interpersonal style is warm and collaborative.

In her personal life, she enjoys photography, traveling, making dumplings, and is a new football fan.
