Julie Iannone

I bring warmth, playfulness, and a solution-oriented perspective when needed, drawing on somatic exploration, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Existential Therapy. As a Ukrainian American, I also bring a cross-cultural perspective that enriches my work with diverse clients.
Before entering the mental health field, I worked for over two decades in international finance, an experience that shaped my understanding of stress, identity, and resilience. Today, I view therapy as a collaborative journey, supporting awareness, healing, and transformation.

Providing teletherapy to individuals (18 yo +) in NY, I primarily help those struggling with anxiety, stress, low-self esteem, and life transitions. I work with adults across the lifespan and have a specialty working with young adults. Having worked in a college counseling center for several years, I have a great deal of experience helping emerging adults navigate coming into their own while managing the challenges that accompany that stage of life.

Kiley Callahan

I’m New York-based psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

I work individually with adults and adolescents and specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and insomnia/sleep difficulties. I also work with clients on relationship challenges, life transitions, lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and academic or work stressors. I have a special interest in supporting healthcare workers, parents of adolescents and young adults, and individuals whose loved ones are experiencing mental health difficulties.

I have formal training in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition to private practice, I currently serve as a psychologist for the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth at Mount Sinai where I provide mental health services to healthcare workers and their families.

I earned my bachelor’s degree at Boston College and my doctorate at Loyola University Chicago. I completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at a therapeutic day school in Chicago, IL and my post-doctoral fellowship at MindWell NYC, a group private practice in New York, NY specializing in DBT treatment.

Tanya Bannister, Ph.D. is the Director and Founder of Cognitive Therapy for Women Psychological Services, the first CBT group psychotherapy practice to specialize solely on the treatment of women's mental health. She is a seasoned psychologist with over 23 years of expertise in women’s mental health, as well as a coach and consultant.  She works with therapy clientele in NY, CT, and FL, and with coaching and consulting clients nationally.
