Dr. Nicole Benedicto Elden is a NY state licensed clinical psychologist, dissertation, career and life coach, supervisor, public speaker and author. She is a 1.5 generation Filipina-American offering teletherapy and in-person therapy (Wednesdays in Manhattan). She is the first in her family to go to graduate school and obtain a doctoral degree. Her therapeutic approach is integrative with a focus on responsiveness and multicultural humility. She has been trained in dynamic, interpersonal, supportive, cognitive behavioral and family systems. Alison Willenbacher

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in New York City. I work with adults treating trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and have a specialized interest in working with clients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, and fertility challenges. As an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, and cognitive behavioral frameworks in my work and strive for a warm, supportive collaboration with my clients.

I have taught as adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark College in their Eating Disorder Training and Certificate program. I’m also a member of Columbia River Eating Disorder Network, National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA), NYC EFT, Portland EFT. International Academy for Eating Disorders, and International Association Of Eating Disorders (IAEDP).

I am currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University School of Social Work In New York City.
